Green Mussels

These mussels grow easily over the plastic barrels, which is used to support the floating of fish cages.

Keuy Chap

Once I tasted the Duck Meat Keuh Chap, seriously, I can feel the duck flavor was filling up all of my mouth.

Funny Mountain Tau Fu Fah (Soy Bean Curd)

The soybean curd was silky smooth, yet almost melt in mouth~ Simply satisfy our taste buds! Rm0.80 per bowl, cheap enough!

Kong Heng Rstaurant Chicken Satay

There is a speciality of way they serve satay. An uncle will look around and keep refill the satay. Well, it is not like McDonald, these satay are not free. LOL~

Rest Today, Run Tomorrow!

If you are a 游子, wanderer (I am not sure whether this term correct or not) like me, perhaps you may face this matter as well. If you have a group of friends, most probably you all will share a rental house & live together. But, in my case, I have been moving out during 2nd year until now. I have used to live with strangers (who becoming Hi Bye friends later on) and now, new housemates are moving in!

However, I felt not comfortable for this time. (Don't get misunderstand, both of the new housemates are nice and talkative. They are working adult and this place is just a sleeping hotel for them). The uncomfortable feeling solely because of my personal mind set - I actually hope to have my own house.

I have told my mum, cousin and some of friends that I wish to buy house in this year or probably next year, well, they seems like "pakat" already. The answer roughly same - "It is too fast for you (fresh graduate, young guy, etc) to have house now. What for you pay for the interest?"

So, I did search around house at Kantan Court and do some "home-works". From online, the price ranging from 120K to 190k. I have asked my cousins, who working at bank, regarding on the housing loan and etc. Well, this made me felt worst. You know why? I will tell you how's the loan works. (In case you never check on it.)

Let's say you are going to buy a house which values RM 200K, down payment 10% (RM 20,000) with 5% interest, 35 years installment, you need to pay RM 908.44 monthly! It means you have to pay total RM381.6K (35 years) to have your own house - nearly RM 202K interest (In other words, you are just paying for interest monthly). You can know more about this by downloading any mortgages calculator in iPhone or Android.

Besides, I guess RM 200K house in KL is not enough for a big family. Just like one of my new housemate, her family is staying at Kantan Court too. But, she has to rent another room, simply because the house is too small. You will know how's hard to buy a house (especially in Hong Kong), if you have watched this drama.

Gosh! How about car installment, insurance, home maintenance, foods and etc?! This is so sad. You may not catch up with the inflation. If you choose to rest today, you gotta run tomorrow (今天不想走,明天就要跑了). This is the truth, real world!!! =(
Price rise faster than your income - Inflation!

Just take another example, my cousin bought a double-storey landed terrace house RM 300K last 3 years and his house market value is RM 600K now. Average, his house price raised RM8,333 per month. Will your income raise as fast as the house rates? I doubt it.

Some people will say "Don't aim so high la", "Don't so choosy laaa", etc. Well, it's all depend on your decision. Add oil, to you and to me! =)

Listening to The Piano Guys when I was blogging for this post. Beethoven's 5 Secrets - OneRepublic (Cello/Orchestral Cover) is one of my favourite songs. Heavenly good. =D

A Simple Hang Out at Uncle Jang Korean Restaurant Puchong

Last night (Saturday), I went to Uncle Jang Korean Restaurant with Steven, Kayin, Sze Min and Joey (who didn't meet up for about 8 months plus). It was a simple hang out and it is quite enjoyable, as we manage to catch up with each others. And this time, I can talk more with Joey and Sze Min (at least more than Melaka trip!) Hahahahah!

I did enjoy & excited about their FYP. Creating mobile apps and sensor are much more exciting than mine (soaking & blanching spinach in order to reduce oxalic acid content, which may causes kidney stone in human body. zzz). At least, their FYP has more creativity space than me. Among them, I love Joey's FYP the most. LOL! XD

Uncle Jang Korean Restaurant was full of people, a little bit hot, perhaps Saturday night ba~ The food quite nice, worth a try. It would be nice if their workers can be more friendly. lol!
"Actually, it is Korean style fried noodles with rice cakes, chicken and cabbage, which served with side dishes (kimchi, pickled onion)."

Uhmmm mmm... I forgot to take the cooked food photo. zZzZz...

We were discussing about this: "What things that you won't do it alone?". Hahaha! For me, I used to be "feeling sienz" of doing something by myself in public, for fear that it would make me look like a loner. zzz. Thus, I won't:
1. Shop alone. It is bored since I don't love shopping much.
2. Watch movie in cinema alone. It is so weird to say: "one ticket please." =.='''
3. Hang out/Travel alone. Except if I decided to backpacking one day.
4. Take a walk/jog. It's damn bored lor~
5. Go for party. Must have at least one close friend to go together.
6. Bake/Cook myself a fancy meal. Maggie mee would be faster & easier to clean up.

So, what's yours???

What would you say to yourself 10 years ago?

I guess "balancing of life" is very important to everyone's life.
Without a balancing point, you are just walk like a zombie, isn't it?
Even, you know to handle your emotional and wisdom, you may still a well equipped zombie (still a walking dead. LOL!)

There is always up and down in our life.
For me, these are so important:
1. Family - Love, Friendship
2. Career - Dream, Income
3. Personal - Attitude, Knowledge

Okay, let's do some exercise/review to know ourself better!
Let's look back to 10 years ago. Who are you that time?

I was 13, who were studying Form 2. I love games & sport, rather than study! Haha!
I was a chess player (distinct representative), number one of Penang memorize competition (11-13 years old), chinese society president, enjoying taekwondo and boxing, yet, I am the one who get number one in "ponteng" (at least 200 days no going school during Form 4 & Form 5), sleep in class and tuition centre,DOTA and Counter Strike kaki (they called me Sniper King, LOl!), and many more negative things. ZZZ. But luckily, I get a quite colourful result for my SPM and further my study to Matriculation Melaka.

Thank GOD, I am part of YMC member when I was studying in Melaka! Haha! We love sports, chui sui and we are proud of being as a YMC. hahahaha~ We are playful, yet we are hardworking toward chasing our dreams!

As I said in the "About Page", I love baking and I wish to be a chef in future. I decided to take Food Science and Technology in UPM. However, Life & Time change my mind. I still loving to do baking, however, I am now an entrepreneur.

During life in UPM, I used to adapt in new situation. I have lot of course-mates (line parallel with gossip level, LOl!)
I am not that mature, I love travel, I love making new friends and I enjoy University activities. I still going for taekwondo (I know, I looks noob in the photo. >.<)

I really appreciate being given the chance to participate Pesta Ang Pao & Zhong Hua society, even though it consumed a lots of my energy, money and time! XD
I gained and lost, and being appreciate.
I don't know why, but,
We are always that high profile, especially when in a large group.
We look normal, but playing crazily
We have different points of view, we argue, but we still being in a "family".

# We love to throw people, yet love to being thrown~ (Btw, I have 3 years of this experience! LOL!)

I have organised "A Date with Bloggers". Done quite many mistakes, but thank GOD again, I survived. Hehe~ =D

If talking about myself, firstly, I would declare that I am not a GAY! LOL!
Even though, I have these actions & activities:

I am a gentlemen, good to girls, might be flirty, but I am loyal!
What to blame? Women population higher than guys, no matter in University or working life. LOL! XD
# These photos were taken from my Facebook, which motivated me to write this post! Haha~

If I had a chance to talk to myself 10 years ago, what would I say?
I would pat his arm and say "You must be very tired, Thank You!". And, pat his head, "What cha waiting for, keep on moving la~ Hahahah!"

How about you? What would you say? Share with me! =D

Life after graduation - What does it mean?

It has been half a year after graduation... The real world doesn't surprise/shock me, however, life did changed... Most of the friends are far away, busy for working and lazy to hang out (me)... Haha! Btw, yumcha session, badminton, futsal games are not that easy to organize anymore. =(

It doesn't affect me. (LOL, learning someone replies on YES or No issue. Hahahahah~) Perhaps, it is because I had chosen the different road when I was studying. Quite immune to the real world. At least, I didn't wrote something negative or over-motivating status at my Facebook. LOL!

Some may asking me, "What cha you are doing recently?".
Well, my answer always be "Doing marketing, help people to boost up sales and build brand."~
Some others, who know me well, will ask: "No more chasing your food dream? How about your chef ambition? Bakery? Food blogging?
Well, hahaha! *silent*... ... ...

Btw, looking back to 2007, I did grow a lots!!! LOL!
- Someone who didn't dare to speak with girl,
- Who enthuse over chef/baker, enjoying simple life. (very simple & pure perception toward life)
- Stepped into University, applying wrong course, due to inappropriate message from a senior..
- Had first love that cause me to take a turn...
- Starting to participate University activities, socialize, organize programs, read inspiring books, pay money to learn online, set target for life, etc...
- and keep moving until NOW!
Anyhow, I do really appreciate the "TURN" that I have made...

Now, being as a few months entrepreneur (Hahaha!), I would say life is beautiful...
Life is my teacher, she teach me a lots...
1. Face MISTAKES, Learn from MISTAKES! We all are making mistakes in our lives, it is natural, and it's the only way to get us improved. Never afraid of making mistakes and choose to escape. Do nothing to avoid mistakes, it's already a MISTAKE!
2. It is good to be fast, but, NO RUSH. A Chinese phrase “欲速则不达” is real!
3. Life is about CONNECTION. But, it doesn't mean you have to flattering, you should have your own stand and idea!
4. Understand our own, know our VALUE. Putting ourselves on the right position.
5. Plans never catch up with changes. What you plan, might not be accepted by public. However, just keep on GOING.
And many more...
